We’re Hiring: Club Manager

The Comox Valley Volleyball Club is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Club Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our growing volleyball club. This key role will work closely with the Board of Directors, coaching staff, athletes, and parents to ensure smooth communication, strong organizational support, and an exceptional experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing club communications and schedules
  • Registration processes and TeamSnap website
  • Coach Coordinator
  • Communicating with parents, and working with board members
  • Assisting with club events and gym bookings

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has strong administrative and communication skills
  • Is organized, proactive, and community-focused
  • Has a passion for youth sports and team development
